The original 19th Century cigar maker's apartment is on the third floor of this Victorian home.

The two parlours are the same size as a Troy family ballroom.  They make a lovely setting for parties.  Of course they also function as living room and formal dining room.  Both are graced with decorative marble mantles.

     It is a shower bath furnished with antique chest of drawers and cabinets for storage.  The bathroom has clothes washer and dryer which we are happy to loan a tenant but we don't rent washers and dryers.

Rent: $1800 per month + Utilities

1 cat or 1 dog is $30.00 per month
